We primarily serve Schaumburg and the greater Chicago area and can discuss travel for special events.

We offer both planning and décor services. Planning services include full-service planning, partial planning, and day-of or month-of coordination. Décor services include custom florals, balloons, backdrops, table settings, linens, signage, and lighting. Clients can book planning only, décor only, or a combined package.

We are based in Schaumburg, Illinois, and serve the northwest suburbs and Chicagoland, including Hoffman Estates, Elk Grove Village, Arlington Heights, Palatine, Roselle, Itasca, and surrounding communities. We also travel into Chicago and other suburbs. Travel fees may apply.

We schedule a consultation to discuss your vision and budget, then send a customized proposal and contract. Your date is secured once the contract is signed and the deposit is received.

What is your deposit and payment schedule?

A non-refundable retainer (typically a percentage of the total package) is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is split into scheduled payments, with the final payment due before the event. Accepted payment methods are outlined in the contract.

Reasonable adjustments to guest count, décor selections, and layout may be made up to a specified cutoff date before the event. After that, orders are finalized and cannot be reduced. Upgrades or additions may still be possible depending on availability. All changes affecting cost must be approved in writing.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

The initial deposit is typically non-refundable. Refunds on additional payments depend on how close the cancellation is to the event date and what services or rentals have already been secured. If rescheduling to an available date within a specified timeframe, we will make every effort to transfer payments.

Do you handle setup and teardown?

Yes. Our team provides professional setup and teardown for all décor supplied. We arrive before the event to install décor and return after the event to remove rentals. The venue or host must provide access times and loading details.

Yes. We maintain liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance upon request. We ensure compliance with venue-specific insurance requirements.
